Walk On Water (WOW) quote for today

"
The greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because Jesus said 'if you receive a little child, you receive me.' So, every abortion is the denial of receiving Jesus ... It is a war against the child, a direct killing of he child ... if we accept that a mother can kill her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another?"
-Blessed Mother Teresa's speech during the 1994 Prayer Breakfast in Washington, DC with then President Bill Clinton and Hilary Clinton as special guests.

Canticle of Zechariah

Blessed be the Lord the GOD of Israel, for he has visited His people, He has set them free, and He has established for us a saving power in the House of His Servant David, just as He proclaimed, by the mouth of His Holy Prophets from ancient time, that he would save us from our enemies and from the hands of all who hates us, and show faithful love to our Ancestors, and so keep in mind His Holy Covenant.
This was the Oath He swore to our Father Abraham, that He would grant us, free from fear, to be delivered from the Hands of our Enemies, to serve Him in Holiness and uprightness in His presence, in all our days. And you little child, shall be called Prophet of the Most High, for you will go before the Lord to prepare a way for Him, to give His people knowledge of Salvation through the forgiveness their sins, because of the Faithful Love of our GOD in which the rising Sun has come from on high to visit us, to give light to those who live in darkness and the shadow dark as death, and to guide our feet in to the way of peace. Amen.

PRAYER:

Deepen our faith, LORD GOD, as we celebrate the great mystery of the incarnation by which you revealed to the world the splendor of your glory through the Virgin Mary when she gave birth to your Son.
Through our Lord JESUS CHRIST, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the HOLY SPIRIT, ONE GOD, for ever and ever.
Amen.
