Give me the grace, Lord,
to be strong, prudent,
just and wise in all things.
Give me an exact faith,
generous love
and unshakeable trust in you.
Fill me with the spirit
of intelligence and wisdom.
Let me always be
considerate of other people.
O perfect and eternal light,
enlighten me!
